Was referred to Mike Jay by my best friend. My son and I were shopping for a car for him. I will be honest, I hate car shopping! I hate someone trying to put me in a car that I can't afford. I gave mike the buyer version of what were looking for and the price range. He very politely showed me what they had and only when I inquired about a car above my price range did he tell me about that car. He never ever was pushy. He definitely was my idea of the person I wanted to work with. We left the dealership and visited 4 other dealerships in Franklin over the next few days. No one compared to Mike in his ability to connect with us. We returned to carnival Kia and bought a car from mike. Unfortunately Mike was off that day but with the also pleasant team members Alex, Mike T and Brian , my son drove his new car home. I can guarantee that the next time we need to buy a car, I will once again start my search with Mike Jay. He made my dread of car shopping very pleasant by not being a typical pushy sales person. I went in for spur of the moment browsing after I realized I needed a new car. Mike gave me a price that went beyond my expectations.
