I've never had any problems with the dealership, everyone was very courteous and professional. When I think something is wrong with my car, they'll tell me to bring it in that day. Had routine oil change. One week later had a dead battery. Invoice showed it was checked and was fine. It wasn’t. It was very dead. I’m concerned now not knowing what else may not have actually been checked. I called twice for the service manager and never received a return call back. I have not had issues in the past until now. However, I will say they are terrible about returning calls for anything. I have to call multiple times just to schedule appointments for service. More
