They saw me coming and took advantage! I was lied to from the time I entered the building to the time I left. I was taken to an SUV immediately upon arriving. Told it was certified had ever I was lied to from the time I entered the building to the time I left. I was taken to an SUV immediately upon arriving. Told it was certified had everything had 6 airbags had a 3 year warranty , but he had gotten me a 4 year warrenty. Once I got in the car all I heard was how honest the salesman was how he wanted return customers. After filling out the paper work I was taken to the finance department and wrote a check to the finance man and then the salesman stuck his head in the door and said they cancelled the warrenty no explaination He darted off and said the finance man would explain which he didn't . I was told this car had everything it doesn't even have a c.d. player . As I was leaving he told me the manager said they would give 200.00 to the person who could get rid of this car. I am a widow and he saw me coming knowing I knew nothing about purchasing a car and totally took advantage of me . I will never go back there not even for service. I have every intention of going to the BBB . Don't they know or care about return customers my grandson was going to buy a GMC but is going to another dealership . My other grandson has bought from them several times and said he will never go back. More
