Over the years I've probably purchased 15 new cars. Had the previous salesperson I experienced been as through as Ms. Ostrovsky I would not have been in the position of trading in a 96 day old Lexus. I came away from this sale with no regrets and never asking myself if I made the right decision. I also deeply appreciated the fact she never brought her Sales Manager in to "CLOSE THE DEAL". I hate that and in itself it makes the salesperson smaller and less important. If I need another car I'll be back to BMW of Fort Washington, PA. More
