Robert, the Business Manager was great, found us a superior interest rate and the best in his field we have dealt with. The issue was Tony, the sales manager. He was condescending and tried to lecture me on how I should spend my money. I have purchased many cars over the years and the interaction with Tony was by far the worst I have ever experienced with a sales manager. We purchased the car despite Tony who turned a 5 star experience into 2 stars while I would give Alex and Robert 5 star reviews. More
