This dealership straight up played with my time. They are not honest and they are the bait and switch type of dealership. I’ve had bad experiences at Southern other locations in Chesapeake but my experience here was a whole new low so much so that I’ll NEVER give Southern another chance. Dominic snuck in a higher down payment amount on the buyers order than agreed and expected me not to notice it. I had already secured outside financing so it made the whole situation worse. While Alex did apologize for the miscommunication but it’s still totally unacceptable. I am very surprised I even got my deposit back as I lost full trust when that mess happened. I have no complaints about Alyssa however, she was nice. More
