I was given a lemon that needs work, purchased the car and the same day I couldn't turn it off. Took it back to the dealership and they kept it for 4 days. The service department is awesome! But, getting several text messages about trading in my car, one of which incorrectly indicated my Rav and a Corolla; that was a little disturbing.
