Thank you for sharing your feedback both on DealerRater & Google. After reviewing your visit, we found that the technician diagnosed code U023A87, lost Communication with Image Processing Module. Our technician attempted to clear the code by removing the aftermarket accessory, but unfortunately, the code returned. Since the issue appears to be related to an aftermarket component, it is not covered under warranty. We hope you understand our position in this matter.

Highlander a service list was sent with our son , we did not ask for brake inspection and tire rotation . we are disabled seniors that needed the assistance of our son to take our vehicle in. When I picked up the vehicle with another son there was a charge for that service. We have been loyal , in that since we purchased our vehicle all service has been done at Longo.
We had provided a service list earlier to Alex Leyva, for our canceled December 23rd apt. We had to change our apt. time ,Alex did not get back to us. We rescheduled for December 26th, and Max Hernandez received our vehicle. The service list was multiple because of the difficulty in getting the vehicle in.
We are not happy that already high service cost is being bumped up.
