I’ve always had a great experience at Longo Toyota in El Monte. Their customer service is excellent! From making the appointment to check-in to and thru getting my car back, all of their employees treat you Monte. Their customer service is excellent! From making the appointment to check-in to and thru getting my car back, all of their employees treat you with respect and helpfulness. Also, if you wait while your vehicle is being serviced, you’ll have many options to pass the time, from an onsite Starbucks, Subway restaurant, comfortable lounge area, cubicle desks some with computers if you need to get some work done while you wait. Also, a big help for parents with young children, a play area especially for the tots with plenty of games to keep them occupied. Restrooms are large and well stocked and kept clean. If you’re interested in products, they have a large parts department with a good selection of Toyota products to browse. In conclusion, if you’re looking for a better vehicle service experience, Longo Toyota in El Monte is the place to be. You won’t be disappointed! More
