I ordered my MachE on the Ford website. I selected Ferman as the dealer. All they did was delivery and payment. Took 10 months to take delivery. Part on order for 9 months is not acceptable. Corporate said they could have put a rush on it! Then i get a call 7 months in and they say your truck is in the service lane what can we do for you.
