I had such a positive experience at Bronx Honda and will continue to partner with them for all my future vehicle purchases. If you want a truthful and genuine sales person, go to Ivan Chavez. Additionally, he had the sales manager, Alex Alexander, step in and help to close the deal. Alex was also knowledgeable, attentive and reasonable when providing a breakdown of what was needed to meet in the middle. Lastly, the finance manager Damion Montcrieffe, made the paperwork part of the process smooth and had a positive attitude. He was also attentive to the questions I had and provided thorough answers showing it through the paperwork. This place should be zero star. Stay away from this place. This is the worst place to shop for a car. They refuse to offer the website price.
