He listens to what you say you want and what you state as your budget. He is extremely patient and there was zero pressure to buy a car we didn't want nor fid he use the scare or pressure tactics that many sales people use. He should hold a Master Class because I have been buying cars for 40 years and in my opinion Ales' style and professionalism are exceptional. One day sales people will figure out that customers "will buy" if the product is good and the service during the sales cycle is comfortable and informative. When I trade or have a need for a second car I will look for Ales. Simply the best! More
