We had the pleasure of working with Ales Olecky this past week as we were looking to replace my wife's car. This was my first ever car buying experience. Ales explained everything involved in turning in my X-5 that was coming off lease, and then leasing a new X-3 BMW. I've had terrible experiences with dealerships in the past - I'm a woman who looks young and while shopping for my last vehicle I had salesmen who wouldn't even approach me as I obviously looked interest past - I'm a woman who looks young and while shopping for my last vehicle I had salesmen who wouldn't even approach me as I obviously looked interested while on their lot! Needless to say, the experience with Ales was 180 degrees from that - he was a consummate professional, and an all around interesting person. I thoroughly enjoyed the dealership experience at BMW of Raleigh with Ales, which is something I NEVER expected to say. Even other salesmen at BMW dealers in the area were not as responsive, helpful, or engaging as dealing with Ales. Cannot recommend enough if you're in the market for a BMW. More
