Ales was very professional he was strictly about the facts of the sale of the vehicle. Straight forward but yet personal as well was very fortunate to have had him as a salesman. This is my second vehicle from the BMW family and I can not express how happy I am with this purchase. Ales was very courteous and helpful, he was patient in answering my queries. Waited and followed up with promptly on my license situation.
