From the moment I stepped into the show room white glove service had begun. The receptionist Greeted me with a smile and was happy to assist me. Wanted to drop a line to simply say that my experience with Ales and Leith was beyond expectations. As a matter of fact, I drove 2 hours, passed a BMW Dealership 6 miles from my home to buy my X5 xDrive with Ales and Leith was beyond expectations. As a matter of fact, I drove 2 hours, passed a BMW Dealership 6 miles from my home to buy my X5 xDrive M50i from Ales. I'm 70 years old so I know what customer service is. This guy is knowledgeable, professional in mannerism and speach, and personable. From start to finish, everything worked seemlessly. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. My experience working with Ales Olecky was by far the most painless car buying experience I’ve ever had—and I’ve owned over 15 cars. As soon as I walked in the dealership, Ales greeted me at the door most painless car buying experience I’ve ever had—and I’ve owned over 15 cars. As soon as I walked in the dealership, Ales greeted me at the door with the warmest welcome. He asked what I was looking for, I told him, and shortly after we took a fun little whirl around the lot in the golf cart to search for my next car. I looked at two 228i’s that had just come in, but the exterior colors weren’t my speed. I told Ales I ideally wanted white, and he drove me over to a brand new, 2022 white 228i that was parked in the corner with the wrapping still on it. It had every single feature I wanted, including a sunroof and ambient lighting. Even though it had just come off the truck, Ales found a way for me to test drive it—it was love at first drive, and the gesture control was the icing on the cake. Once we got back from the test drive, I filled out the credit application, was instantly approved, and agreed on a time to pick up my car the next day. I had planned to sell my 2021 Mercedes CLA250 directly back to the Mercedes dealer in Cary, but the GM’s of both stores worked it out so that I was able to trade my car at BMW, hassle-free since both dealerships are owned by Leith. Though that plan wasn’t originally in the cards, that didn’t fluster Ales one bit! When I came the next day to pick up my new car, it was perfectly detailed and waiting for me in the delivery bay. I went thought my concierge lesson, signed my finance paperwork, and was on my way with a full tank of gas and a bag full of BMW goodies. Ales is VERY popular (understandably so!) and even though he was super busy on the Saturday I picked my car up, there was not one time I felt as though he didn’t have time for me. He never made me feel rushed or like he was managing too many clients to care about my delivery. I cannot thank Ales enough not only for getting the deal done so quickly and seamlessly, but for being so incredibly kind. I will refer anyone looking to purchase a BMW directly to Ales. I absolutely adore my car and look forward to driving it every day. Hope to see you in 35 months for the next one, Ales! Thank you, thank you, thank you :) More
