l called Ales on a Friday afternoon when exiting my plane coming back from Texas where I had test drove a 2024 BMW x1. Within less than an hour Ales was able to find the car and share additional information with me and we were then able to negotiate and agree on a price. It was an easy and stress free process. Within just a few days we up at the dealership driving off in our new luxury x1. (I esp liked the red bow on the car when we came for pick up; thank you Ales). Ales from the beginning was well prepared, knowledgable and prompt.
