Drove 3 hours to look at a vehicle. Alena told me it would be ready and to talk to Mario. She set an appt for 7:15 pm. I messaged her at 545 pm to just say I was on my way and would be Alena told me it would be ready and to talk to Mario. She set an appt for 7:15 pm. I messaged her at 545 pm to just say I was on my way and would be there at 7:05. I got there and asked for Mario, wasn't there. So I went with Michael to look for the pacifica. After a short stroll we found it... in the service bay. This is when Michael informed me that I could not drive it. I was told it's policy that if it's in the service bay it cannot be moved. So we go inside and Michael talks to his manager and comes back and says he's sorry but it cannot be driven. So I set an appt, verified, and drove three hours each way to not be able to drive a car. The manager never even took the time to come over and apologize in any way. Michael was sent to do his dirty work, and even called me the next day to apologize again and let me know the van was out of service. The whole experience was terrible aside from Michael. This dealership has 0 communication. And I even reached out to the general manager yesterday via email to which no response was granted. I will take my business other places but if you do go skip the bdc communication and just call and ask for Michael. He's clearly the only one who cares and takes pride in his work. More

I contacted the dealership about a 2024 Ram 3500 I was very interested in. I worked with a person by the name of Alena Lee. She informed me that the truck was still available. Due to my schedule, I was no very interested in. I worked with a person by the name of Alena Lee. She informed me that the truck was still available. Due to my schedule, I was not able to visit the dealership for a couple of days. On the day I went to the dealership, I contacted Alena again to let her know I was on my way and to verify the truck was still available, as it was about a 2 hour drive. She informed me it was still available. She also told me to ask for Jordon when I got to the dealership. Upon arrival, I asked for Jordon. He began by confirming what I was looking for in a truck. When I told him I was after a specific truck his response was "i know but that truck is not available". Apparently it was sitting in their service area for quite some time waiting on a part. He then proceeded to try and show me some other trucks that were close to what I was after, or doing a dealer trade. Jordon was very professional and very nice. I am not sure what kind of bait and switch scam they have going at this dealership, but I will walk everywhere before I would buy a vehicle from them. I have seen other reviews with similar experiences. You can make up your own mind, but I am going to avoid this dealership like the plague. More

Recently drove to Andy Mohr to look at a truck. Had corresponded with the dealer ship regarding pricing and availability of the truck I wanted to purchase. Repeatedly verified that the truck was Had corresponded with the dealer ship regarding pricing and availability of the truck I wanted to purchase. Repeatedly verified that the truck was at the dealership and available before making the three hour drive. Upon arrival, I was told it had been sold several days prior, even though I was told it was available that morning. Then tried selling me another truck that I had no interest in. Very unprofessional and poor integrity. More
