What a wonderful experience! We brought our grandchildren with us (we were the babysitters for the day) and they had a ball playing in the house and riding big wheels. I bought my new Camry about 2 months ago. I worked with Alex Knezevic from the beginning. Alex was a superb salesman. He was persistent in his follow up calls but very professional. He knew I was shopping around for the best price but never became rudely impatient like other salesmen at other dealers. I asked him to put forth the best deal possible and I was sincerely hoping I would buy the car from him and not one of the other jerks I was dealing with. His offer was the best and so I was happy to give him the sale and happy to buy the car. The day I bought it, I was very sick and Alex didn't want me spending more time there than what was needed. He suggested I come back when I was feeling better and he would go over some things with me. About a week later I returned and Alex went over the features of the car again, set up my bluetooth, etc; never in a hurry to send me on my way. And he expressed happiness that I was feeling better!!! All in all, Alex was very kind, compassionate, professional and above all else, patient. He's a good and decent individual who will help you. Car buying is stressful, but working with Alex made it less stressful. I highly recommend asking for Alex Knezevic when you go to Elmhurst Toyota. More

He treated my boyfriend and I with the utmost respect and took time well past his working hours to show me everything there was to know about the car.
