Alex was friendly, attentive, and professional. He made good suggestions, and had all 3 vechicles ready for test drives. While it took a little longer than we anticipated to correct the issue, he explained the reasons, and basically put our minds to rest. We were introduced to Terry in the Service Area who was also friendly and reiterated what Alex had told us to expect as it related to the maintenance schedule. Overall, the price was fair, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and we look forward to continuing our relationship with Alex and Elmhurst Toyota. More

Being a single woman out looking for a vehicle, I really appreciate the low key, no pressure expericence. Alex is a trememdous asset to this dealership, can not say enough good about dealing with him. I came back after the sale for Alex to go over the features on the vehicle since we closed the dealership the night before. He spent a great deal of time, setting up my first service appointment (6 months out & complentary) and going over, setting and explaining the features in the vehicle also letting me know he was there with any questions I would have later. When I went to finance, Todd again was great to deal with, again low key, no pressure exprience. Lots of forms to sign but Todd whipped through them in record time. More

This was the first Hybrid that we purchased and we were not familiar with the technology. As we spoke to individuals at the dealership they explained the vehicle in easy terms and with personal anecdotes and experiences. After the paperwork was filled out and finances were finished, I was really surprised at the level of commitment of our sales person Aleksandar Knezevic. The dealership closed at 9:00pm and he stayed around until 9:45 explaining each of the vehicles features until I was satisfied and comfortable with the car. I will look forward to my next visit and car purchase at this dealer. More

Elmhurst Toyota is the place to go, they kind, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. We had found a car we liked online and stopped by Elmhurst Toyota. We explained to him that we has just walked out of a deal with another dealer because of the way they had treated us and he said that he would do his best to create and better experience for us. He did just that. He was able to answer all our questions and explain any additional package offers before we made a deal. After looking at two cars that we really liked, we told Alex we need to talk about a few things and would return another day. He said that was not a problem handed us a business card and hoped to hear from us soon to make a deal, there were NO high pressure sales tactics. I called him the next day asking if he could give me an out the door total cost on two vehicles, within an hour he sent me an email offering me all the information I needed. After a few days we decided to go back and by the car we wanted. The price that Alex quoted me was spot on with hidden fees or surprises at the end. When I came back to by the car I had the keys in my hand within 30 minutes. I would recommend anyone looking for a New, Used, or pre-owned Certified Toyota to go to Elmhurst Toyota. There quality and customer service is something I have rarely found when I am looking to by a car. They have earned my trust and my business. More
