The price negotiated was right, salesperson Alejandro was good but the customer service after committing to the cash purchase was horrible. He went from a 5 star to a 2 star. If we could have been out of the good but the customer service after committing to the cash purchase was horrible. He went from a 5 star to a 2 star. If we could have been out of there in the next hour it would have been great, but it took them over 3 hours to do 8 pages of paperwork for a cash sale. They talk a lot about there 5 star rating and work you over early on to leave them a 5 star review. We were there from about 11:30AM until 4:30PM. Agreed to purchase at 1pm and we were asked to wait on site until the paperwork was done, shouldn't take long. For the next three hours we were strung along by the 5 star salesperson. Every time we asked, he would check and say soon, very soon. At 3:30 after complaining that we nor the baby had eaten since the morning he checked and told us it’s really close now. They had to know there were problems/delays and they could have told us to go get something to eat (we had a 18month old baby with us) and they could have call when the paperwork was ready but instead the salesperson sat with us the whole time, except when probably took his lunch. We ended up purchasing food for the baby out of the vending machine in the lobby, not the best After three hours of being strung along I told them 15 min and if no paperwork we walk. 15 min later we had the paperwork and left. WOW should have said that after first hour. They said sorry we were backlogged, but no curtesy of saying folks go get some food and come back in an hour or two, instead of wasting our time sitting at a table in the show room floor with an 18 month old baby and salesperson for hours. They know exactly what they were doing and it’s not remotely close to respecting their customers and their customers time. This is why people hate car dealerships and I would not come back to this one in the future. More
