I took my Terrain 2012 , in for service, 3 hours later ,I
come back to pick it up. They told me they didn't find anything wrong with it. But it's been cutting off since I had it service.

Diagnostic test increased and I was not made aware until after. Same problem however the are saying is not.

It's not the advisor's fault that the tech did not do an alignment after doing suspension work. Doreen also told me that they can't repair my vehicle if I requested a repurchase from GM. This is absolutely not true. In fact, it is opposite the truth. When someone request to have their vehicle repurchased you need to get it fixed quickly so that the repurchase will be denied. You can't just refuse to work on it. That's absolutely stupidity. You do deserve one star for that but I'm not a dick
