Here’s a revised and professional statement for your feedback or review: “I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had a deeply disappointing experience. Unfortunately, the vehicle turned out to have multiple issues, which I only discovered after the purchase. I take responsibility for not conducting a test drive or thoroughly inspecting the car beforehand, but when I returned to the dealership to report the problems, my concerns were completely dismissed. Instead of offering any assistance or empathy, the staff blamed me entirely for the situation. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to provide a solution left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disheartening experience, and I cannot recommend this dealership to others. If I could, I would rate them zero stars.” More
