I dropped our Tahoe off for what we were told would be a 3-4 hour appointment. After not hearing an update after 4 hours, I went onto the message that I received to check the status, and kept getting an err 3-4 hour appointment. After not hearing an update after 4 hours, I went onto the message that I received to check the status, and kept getting an error message as if nothing had been done. I then called to check the status and was told it’s not finished and it might take them until the end of the night/the next day. Told them it was unacceptable and he said I could drop it off again another day. I decided to look at the app on my phone, and noticed the car has been sitting in the exact same spot from when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, it was also in the exact same spot. I don’t believe any work was even done to it. More
