Alberto listened to my requirements and worked with Alfa Romeo USA to locate the exact car I wanted. This was done despite the rich inventory already at the dealership. Alberto and the Criswell team got me into the car I wanted, not the closest match available. That is concierge level service, and representative of the experience I had working with Alberto and the entire Criswell team. He was able to quickly pull together the test drives and was very knowledgeable of each vehicle. He knew we were crunched for time and he was able to finalize everything while still providing quality customer service. Financing was a breeze. We had worked with Krystie in finance when we purchase the Alfa Romeo in 2019 and really enjoyed her support and ability to walk us through everything. We worked with Krystie again for the Maserati purchase, and she did not disappoint. She's very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the products and process. She made purchasing both times extremely easy and not stressful. We would highly recommend Criswell Maserati, Alberto, and Krystie to anyone in the market to purchase an Alfa or Maserati. More

I unfortunately had to make the decision to buy a new / used alfa. I did not have a lot of time to shop but I am happy to say the Alberto was able to provide a car that I am confident will last me. The price was reasonable and Alberto went the extra mile to insure that I understood all of the features of the car and that I was comfortable with it. My wife will be ready for a new Alfa in probably a couple of years and I will be returning to this dealership and hopefully Alberta at that time. I was able to decide on the car and drive away with it - and that was a huge deal for me. More
