Dave the Manager in Service really stepped up and made right anything that needed to be done. Alberto did great in staying in contact. Thanks Guys I appreciate that Revised for the second time: Brought my car back in to get it detailed from the first visit and the lack of paying attention to what I asked to be done. When Dave called me about the one star review we discussed why I gave it and then worked out a plan of action to amend it. Well guess what that fell way short of acceptable as well without me making a scene once again for the lack of professionalism at Honda. Wish I would have never bought a car from them. They just xx you until you give up I guess. Well here is my new review and I only gave a 3 because Alberto at 545 pm actually took my car to detail shop and had it done the way I wanted by 7 pm. Not sure why it had to come to this but real shoddy service I’d say. Be careful everyone on that Budco warranty since it’s not worth the paper it’s printed on. Nothing but a sham.
