Service writer Alberto Bonet is excellent and a step above the others. He’s completely transparent about our-the-door costs with an excellent/professional approach to his work. Dealership has a convenie above the others. He’s completely transparent about our-the-door costs with an excellent/professional approach to his work. Dealership has a convenient shuttle service. Driver was extremely pleasant and professional. Service center provides video of service technician’s work and they keep the customer informed through the service process. Pricing is fair, but more importantly the service techs are competent. Overall very satisfied with the customer/dealer relationship. More

I have always had my Nissan's serviced at Executive because I trust that they know my car and provide the service it needs. I especially want to thank Alberto Benot who has been my service rep for awh because I trust that they know my car and provide the service it needs. I especially want to thank Alberto Benot who has been my service rep for awhile now. He is professional and knowledgeable and makes sure my needs are met whenever I come in. He is the best. I have also worked with Tyler in past when Alberto was not available and he is very good as well. I have no complaints about the service department and all the representatives The only issue I have is with the third party you go through to make appointment. I wanted to have the software update done at same time and was told I would have to go through service rep to see if can be done when I had my 20,000 mile service. I also wanted to wait for car and was told I would not be able to because of length of time. I know once I went in I could ask Alberto and everything was done including the software update and I was able to wait without a problem. He told me jus to call him directly in future which I appreciate so much. He goes above and beyond More

Please have more qualified people on Saturday for the difficult jobs. My issue was a locked up wheel lock was not coming off.
