Thanks for the response but the complaint is not about your inventory or the current climate of the automotive industry. The point is your current process is failing to protect and respect it’s customers. The fact that you responded with such a lack of accountability for this solidifies that Toyota doesn’t understand data privacy concern or simple business etiquette. I hope that you continue to make an effort toward kinder communication with your customers in the future or at least take a training on what transparency means. I have gone through this entire process without having any semblance of transparency or accountability from Toyota Elk Grove.
