Kudos to @mercedes-benz of Massapequa Service Manager Robin Laurel and his incredible service team as they saved me from a (non Mercedes dealer) deceptive service scam regarding my 2020 Dodge RAM. I pu Robin Laurel and his incredible service team as they saved me from a (non Mercedes dealer) deceptive service scam regarding my 2020 Dodge RAM. I purchased the RAM as a lease return from the fine Mercedes dealership, but months later took it to a RAM dealer to look into an oil leak. The other dealer wanted to bilk me for more than $3500 for new engine mounts!! When Robin and his team at Mercedes took a look for me, they determined the leak was only due to a loose oil filter. I can’t say enough positive things about the fine staff at Mercedes of Massapequa Sales, Service & Finance departments are all top notch and wonderful! Albert in Sales has also been amazing every step of the way! I wouldn’t buy a car from anywhere else. It’s a nice feeling to have implicit trust in a dealership these days.
