Very dishonest sales person, dont fall in his scams. I ask for a specific vehicle and packages offer for the vehicle. He provided the quote for the package and substatialy increase the package ove I ask for a specific vehicle and packages offer for the vehicle. He provided the quote for the package and substatialy increase the package over $1600.00. When ask to itemize the cost of the part and the Labor fee he said he wont do it. That I should just buy the parts in another place and install it with another group. I had pricing for all item from different dealers and service fees also and the price was marked up substantially. In addition, I told him if the vehicle was available and he indicated that it was. I indicated to him that I will pass by the dealer to go over the pricing and make the deposit. He indicated sure no problem. When I arrived to the dealer, I asked for him and he would not want to come to speak to me. He sent another sales person, which indicated that the vehicle was already presold and not available anymore. That if I wanted that color, which is not a premium color that I had to wait until November. I indicated to the sales person that I wanted to talk to Allen or his boss since he made me travel down to the dealer for nothing. After waiting for a long while, the Sales Manager came to speak with me to see what was the issues, I told him and he indicated that Allen will come to speak with me to clarify the issues. After waiting for more time, he came to speak with me with a bad attitude. Indicating that he never told me that the vehicle was available, which is a lie. In addition, when going over the Package price he just bluntly told me that was the price and if I didnt agree to go to another dealer. When I was leaving The Manager stop me and ask for what was the problem, I indicated the markup of the package price and the vehicle was presold to another person and I had to wait for more than 6 weeks. He wanted to see the pricing for the package and went to see if was able to do something. There goes Allen to speak to him, and after waiting for a long while again he came with the increase pricing that Allen had provided, which have a major markup. I told him that the price is marked up and I wont pay that knowing that its 1.5K more than anyother dealer. I told him apparently your Dealer doesnt want to make business withme apparenyly and he indicated that yes to leave then. That is not how you treat a client that was trick in going to the dealer and then they try to cheat me with an increase of price and in addition will having to wait for more that 6 weeks for the vehicle. Never go to this dealer, they are all trying to tricking the client and marking up the prices. More
