Lot's of car to look at, so you get a good number of choices. Also, very willing to go out of their way to get you a car if you can't find it on the lot. I have purchased Toyota's from just about every Portland dealership over the years. This last time, I was shopping for a BZ4X. No one was able to come close to the deal I got with Wilsonville Toyota. They were up front about pricing, and they were not pushy about closing a deal. This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Our sales person, Alanna, was very helpful and friendly. I was comparing deals at several dealerships and there wasn't a single time she pressured us to come in or to close a deal (unlock other dealers). After signing and moving forward with the paperwork, there was a misunderstanding with the registration fees for EV's versus a gas vehicle. Brian worked with us and honored the quoted price, even though the fees should have been more. This has been the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. We liked Alanna so much that we came back a week later and purchased a Rav4 Prime as well. That process was just as smooth as the first time, and I really credit Alanna for making us want to come back to this dealership again and again. I can't see myself buying from any other dealership other than Wilsonville Toyota in the future. This is how car buying should be. More
