Went in to buy one vehicle, bought 2! The newer vehicle, no issues and although the 2nd vehicle was on the website, it was not quite ready for the lot. We managed a deal for it, but in our haste, that total no issues and although the 2nd vehicle was on the website, it was not quite ready for the lot. We managed a deal for it, but in our haste, that totally screwed us over. We should have waited. Assuming They knew the truck was sold and didn't do any more care for it. It was supposed to be cleaned and detailed however upon pick up- they didn't do anything to it. This would not have happened had they put it on the lot! Barely cleaned it at all. Our sales rep, Alana, was helpful and tried to correct the situation. So, we took it back in for an actual detailing; kept over night and, again, upon pick up, they didn't clean it. They didn't wash it, they didn't clean inside. Not sure what's going on in the detail shop, but someone isn't doing their job at all. Totally not happy with the dealership for the run around we got on the truck. More

When I came in person, Alana was able to immediately help me. I never had to wait. Once we decided on a vehicle, we ordered it and Alana provided me with weekly updates as to the status. Once the vehicle arrived, I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour with all paperwork completed. They are very respectful of your time. I contacted several dealerships prior to deciding on Fred Anderson and no one else compared in customer service or communication. 10/10 would recommend. More
