We sincerely apologize for the negative experiences you've had in the past and the inconvenience caused during your recent service appointment. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. To provide some clarity on the situation, we want to assure you that we did plan in advance for the 12-volt battery needed for the repair of your Volkswagen ID4. However, as a dealership, we have limitations on the number of batteries we can order per week. Therefore, we can only schedule a certain number of ID.4 repairs per week to ensure we have sufficient batteries available. Unfortunately, our supplier did not anticipate the high demand and were unable to provide the quantity required. This unexpected delay unfortunately resulted in a group of vehicles, including yours, experiencing up to a 10-day delay due to the unavailability of the batteries we ordered. We understand your frustration with the rescheduling and the lack of communication. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these issues. However, we would like to clarify that we have made efforts to keep you updated on the progress of your service appointment. We have reviewed the text message thread on MyKaarma and can confirm that we have provided updates to the best of our ability. Nevertheless, we deeply regret any lapses in communication and understand the importance of regular updates for our customers. We are actively working on improving our communication practices to ensure that situations like these are handled more effectively in the future. We sincerely apologize for any negative experiences you have encountered with our service department. We hope that you will give us another chance to provide you with the exceptional service that you deserve. Should you decide to do so, we will do everything in our power to regain your trust and ensure a hassle-free experience. Once again, we apologize for the inconveniences you have faced. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns.
