Even though we arrived during a storm, he brought the vehicle into the service garage so we could thoroughly look it over and test it without standing out in the rain. Since purchasing the vehicle, he's also called to check in and make sure everything has been going well, which I really appreciated. That level of follow-up and customer care went above and beyond what I expected. Alan was equally great to work with. He was transparent about the value of our trade-in, explained how they arrived at that number, and clearly walked us through the pricing of the new vehicle.
