Don’t walk but run away from this dealer. I recently bought a car that messed up on me within 2mon. Made an appointment and they turned me away. Went back a couple weeks later to have them fix it and th bought a car that messed up on me within 2mon. Made an appointment and they turned me away. Went back a couple weeks later to have them fix it and they stated that nothing could be done because I was 200 miles over my warranty limit. Alan was rude. I was frustrated and said “how do you expect me to get to home and work with a broken car” Alan then told me to walk and laughed. I refuse to go back because of how the staff made fun and made me cry when all I want is to trade my car in because it was faulty. I then spoke to manager Eddie, who too was rude about the situation. Considering that I have been trying to get a hold of them since the car started running bad. More

Stuck us with a damaged vehicle and much time wasted Toyota of Santa Fe misrepresented the condition of the vehicle and treated us carelessly as customers which is both dishonest and costly. When damage Toyota of Santa Fe misrepresented the condition of the vehicle and treated us carelessly as customers which is both dishonest and costly. When damage was discovered, Toyota did not call us to advise us the vehicle was not ready. So, we kept our appointment to pick it up. No one discussed the problem of a damaged vehicle and repair options but instead finished the deal. We were on our way out of the car lot, new keys in hand, when the damage was disclosed to us. We were told "no problem, Toyota will fix it" and to come back next week and leave our just purchased vehicle for two days for repairs. Meanwhile, we were to acquire license and insurance card. After running around town to the necessary offices, we learned that the vehicle license transfer could not be completed without the insurance card, but the insurance could not be certified until the damage is repaired. More wasted time is anticipated next week when the vehicle must be dropped off and out of use for at least two days, our belongings removed from the vehicle - again. After repairs are made. the whole process begins anew: transfer stuff, resume the quest for license and insurance card. We originally had other plans. - On the positive side, must say, people at the dealership were pleasant while wasting our time. More

He was informative and gave us the time and space that we needed to make our purchase decision. Once we decided to move forward he worked with us on the purchase price and kept us informed as to the arrival date of the vehicle. He was flexible when we had to adjust our purchase date. We especially appreciate Andy Palmer , who stepped in for Alan, at the time of pick up. Andy was personable and knowledgeable and we left the dealership feeling that we had made the right choice by going to Toyota of Santa Fe. More
