We really were a pain this time too, he was bringing in used vehicles from partner locations and running multiple numbers on all the options we could think of to get us into a new, or new to us, truck. We ended up leaving with a 2012 Frontier which is just superb, love it. Not only that all of the staff at #1 Cochran South Hills were so understanding as we invaded the showroom twice in a week for multiple hours with our six childrem (all 8 years old or younger). We'll always recommend Alan and the dealership to anyone we know, and are very appreciative for all that they did. More

Being a woman alone and walking into a car dealership can be very intimidating. But I felt very comfortable with Mr. Etkins . His attention and relaxed approach to my dilemma was so spot on and appreciated. His experience was so evident and his explainations of the car I was interested in helped me make my decision to buy my new 2013 Nissan altima. The cleanliness of the showroom and offices made me very comfortable. It was a very happy experience and Cochran is a real class act. I will direct as many family and friends to the dealership as I can. I went to other dealers when I decided to buy and test drove many other cars, but the Altima was it for me. The service was excellent. Then minute we walked in the dealership people are coming over to say "Hi how can I help you" then got us a salesman within a min. For the past serveral years I brought my 2002 Nissan Altima in for servicing. Since 2009 I have dealt mainly with Greg in the Service Department and when I brought my car in on Thursday, July 28 and the Altima in for servicing. To Greg's credit it was empathitic and listened to me. He also took the time to talk to the sales representative on my behalf to begin the process of my possibly purchasing a new car.
