From start to finish they made the process very easy(while I made it difficult). This being my second purchase in 18 months from them I felt very at ease asking questions. All the time Alan just kept saying "I wont let you do something I don't think is right for you". He took the time to get to know us, and our needs. I think this will work out well for us.
