Alan, our salesman was great. However, Ed Martin dealership/Service Department has treated me horribly. I had my new Pathfinder 2 days and the trunk latch would not stay shut. I l However, Ed Martin dealership/Service Department has treated me horribly. I had my new Pathfinder 2 days and the trunk latch would not stay shut. I left it with the Dealership service dept. for over two weeks to get the latch fixed, paint protection, window tint. The window tint was the only thing that was done. They did not know when the trunk latch part would be in. They didn’t seem to care about my concerns about how long it had been. They did not work with me on my concerns. I was very upset that I couldn’t get my new car after two weeks. They didn’t even call me before I arrived to pick it up. They gave me a loaner but, it was filthy inside and out. It had used dental floss sticks in the door and something on the driver seat and looked like kids had been in the back seat with dirty fingers. I took it back for them to clean it and they just wiped the front dashboard. I’m at the point that I want to return the vehicle and find another one. My NEW $50 something car is setting outside getting dirty and possible door dings from the other cars. No one can give me a time frame when the part will be in and won’t go the extra mile to find out. Very disappointed and frustrated!! Ed Martin should be ashamed of itself!! I will be telling everyone I know not to go to Ed Martin and for that matter any Nissan dealership!!! More

In July 2024, I purchased a used vehicle at Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers, and I had a great experience! The new sales manager apparently switched up tactics to "No Nonsense Pricing" and reduced prices across the lot, in an effort to move more inventory. Here are my ratings, out of 5 stars: ★★★★★ The salesman (Alan) was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. ★★★★★ The vehicle price, which was reduced twice already prior to our arrival, then further negotiated down, upon asking. ★★★★★ The vehicle had some maintenance completed (oil change, air filter change, new brake rotors, new brake pads, detailed interior), and the car was looked over for general issues, by the service department. ★★★★★ Cheap paperwork fee of $225. ★★★★★ The general manager even came up and greeted me, while I was waiting for the process to complete. ★★★★★ Add-ons were easily refused, without badgering me. ★★★ The title/paperwork part took 36 days (July 18th - August 23rd, 2024), which was longer than I expected, as we did not do financing options. However, I still had one week to go to the Indiana BMV. I just expected the paperwork to be completed sooner. Overall, I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers, and the salesman, Alan, seemed to be a great guy. Go buy a car from Alan at Ed Martin! ★★★★★ More
