There was a written doc saying things that were needed doing to the car that were not accurate. For instance oil needs changed when it was changed only 1500 miles ago. Engine air filter needs changed when doing to the car that were not accurate. For instance oil needs changed when it was changed only 1500 miles ago. Engine air filter needs changed when it was changed only 1500 miles ago. Cabin air filter needed changed when it was changed only 8000 miles ago. It was very easy to schedule an appointment for routine maintenance. The service was fast and the personnel were very professional. We own two Hyundais and we always take our cars for service at Mitchell H maintenance. The service was fast and the personnel were very professional. Totally unsatisfactory. One of the recalls was to look at the main bearings for wear. I was told that they could do this through the spark plug hole and does not require removal of the oil pan. I am a mechanic, you cannot see any bearings through the spark plug hole. You can see the valves seating, cylinder wall wear, and piston head carbon buildup but you cannot see any bearings through the spark plug hole. More
