While I wasn't happy with what the diagnosis was, Alan, the service writer, went above and beyond to disclose all the pros and cons of having my services rendered because it was a big job for a 20 year old vehicle. No pressure at all. Additionally, they performed a thorough inspection of the vehicle and ran it through the car wash. Thank you, Alan and the technician you were working with for the amazing service and upfront honesty.
