I originally came into the dealership due to a service request I placed and ended up trading in my 2024 Cadillac CT5 Sedan Sport Turbo model for a showroom 2025 Cadillac CT5 Sedan Sport Turbo. Once I saw it, I could not take my eyes off it and decided I wanted to talk numbers with someone, which is where Alan came into the picture. All said and done, 4 hours later, I closed the deal and departed the dealership with the new showroom model.
