The service department went the extra mile to diagnose and fix a tricky electrical problem with my EV6. Al was so incredibly helpful, taking over 45 minutes out of his day to try and figure out a problem we were having replacing some bulbs in our car. He determined the cause of the problem and provided us wit of his day to try and figure out a problem we were having replacing some bulbs in our car. Hello this is Dave Johnson I bought a 22 telluride and Al was a big help to me. Receiving my new car I have some extra things done to my telluride 2022 from the service department and the technicians did a f was a big help to me. I just want to Thank "Al" he's very polite friendly he goes out his way to treat you like family this is my second telluride I had a 2021 I just bought a 2022 and I build a good relationship with Al who's head of the service department I just want to give "Al" 10 Stars if I can!! and thank Al for him taking care of my vehicle he goes above and beyond and that I appreciate about Al very meticulous which I like about him he takes pride in his department and the customers will bring in their vehicle Kim is a nice lady who works in service department I feel like I got a second family. My wife passed away of coronavirus 3 years ago I've been to the dealership just to talk to people and everybody's very friendly I just want to thank everyone that Kia Wilmington. Dave N. Al Waychunas treated me poorly and was angry even before I walked in. As a result he provided horrible service to me which has resulted in an inconvenience to my car. Even before. I confronted Al, he was ru I walked in. As a result he provided horrible service to me which has resulted in an inconvenience to my car. Even before. I confronted Al, he was rude and would constantly yell as other people were upset with him. He did this all while providing poor explanations for my situation, which conveyed that he has poor automotive experience. I recommend for folks to avoid Al and Kia of Wilmington Altogether. Al is not an honest human who does not believe in customer well-being. Kia of Wilmington need to employ people who care about their job. Al clearly does not care. More

The service department is ABOVE and BEYOND! While driving from NY to Rehoboth Beach with my 3 kids, my car broke down at 1 am. After spending a sleepless night in a hotel worrying about how this vac driving from NY to Rehoboth Beach with my 3 kids, my car broke down at 1 am. After spending a sleepless night in a hotel worrying about how this vacation was going to go, I called 2 nearby dealerships and explained my emergency. Both dealerships told me they were "too busy". I called Kia of Wilmington and spoke with Al. He understood that I broke down in an unfamiliar place with kids who were expecting a vacation. He made sure I was able to get the vehicle to the shop and took a look at it right away. My kids and I walked to get breakfast and before we were finished eating, they had diagnosed my car problem. Al and the staff answered all my questions. They gave me a deal on the repairs AND a loaner car to get to the beach to enjoy my vacation while the repairs were being done. Even gave us tips on where to go and things to do!! Al called me to let me know the car was ready and waiting when I returned. I can't even begin to thank Al and his team for helping save my vacation. I got home safely with no problems. Thank you thank you thank you !!! More

We were stranded! We came into Kia of Wilmington desparate to get home. We were 8 hours from home and our engine threw a rod. We had no options. We had been stuck there We came into Kia of Wilmington desparate to get home. We were 8 hours from home and our engine threw a rod. We had no options. We had been stuck there for extra days including a hotel, a tow, and a rental car out of pocket. We needed help. We could not have come to a better place! Every person in this dealership was so kind. They were helpful on every level. They were understanding of our situation and even though our credit was not in great shape and we had very little money on hand to put down due to these extenuating circumstances. We just wanted to go home. We first spoke to the service office and they were very helpful getting our warranty taken care of. They referred us to Drew for sales. Drew was honest, kind, and was working as quickly as possible and going out of his way to get us into a car. We truly appreciate everything Kia of Wilmington did for us. I would drive the 8 hours to buy another Kia from them. More
