Had my car serviced on 10/17 in Swansboro. Everything was done in a timely manner. Al was my service advisor and he explained everything that was done and what was needed when it was complete Everything was done in a timely manner. The service department is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. Everyone is pleasant on the phone. The service technician provided a detailed description of the diagnosis. I went in to get an oil change. They said I had an oil leak. When I got the bill it was over $1000. I think this was excessive maintenance charge.
