I had purchased my BMW pre owned out of state-but being local to our area, I have my BMW serviced at Preston . Jason, the service writer is extremely knowledgeable and great to speak with. Straight forward and knows BMW extremely well. I've had a few Porsche's and many Audi vehicles and am very familiar with all the German brands. (Recently got into the BMW for my daily). Jason not only knows BMW, but also knows the other German brands well too- after speaking in detail with him. Furthermore, my family members purchased a brand new X1 from the Preston team-Al from sales was terrific and did an exceptionally wonderful job compared to the deal offered by another BMW dealer, somewhat close--in our market. Keep up the good work! Appreciate the quality service and vehicles offered at your facility. More

Al I recently bought a pre-owned BMW through Preston BMW in Boardman, Ohio via an internet sale. They were friendly, informed, helpful, and courteous. Al Schwartz was ready to assist me with my buying decision with ABSOLUTELY no pressure. I was nervous about buying a car that I had not driven but they made me feel at ease and offered a very attractive price. Once I decided to purchase, they made arrangements to pick my husband and me up from the airport. At the dealership, the purchase was a breeze - I have never seen paperwork handled more quickly or more smoothly. Best of all - the car was just as promised and I LOVE IT. After the sale, they have continued the same responsive, customer focused level of service, even though I live in another state and will not be using their service department. Highly recommend! Best car buying experience I have ever had!! More

Take your hard earned money elsewhere! I will never return to this dealership EVER again. Not only did I not buy a car, I was insulted and treated poorly by the finance manager Scott. The I will never return to this dealership EVER again. Not only did I not buy a car, I was insulted and treated poorly by the finance manager Scott. They had an over priced vehicle (which is still there and they have since reduced asking price since they can't move it off the lot...) and were not willing to negotiate; they did not want my business, but I am so happy that it did NOT work out with them because I went to the BMW dealership in Pittsburgh 2 days later and drove off in my dream car which I enthusiastically paid $4,000 more for! During negotiation, they apparently did not like my offer (although I thought it was beyond fair considering the mileage), I asked them to reduce their price by $500 to close the transaction and make me feel good about the deal and make me feel like they wanted to sell the car; instead Scott offered to throw in a jacket (yes, he said I will throw in a jacket to make you 'feel better') with the transaction. This wasn't a $1,000 purchase where maybe a jacket was an appropriate sales tactic; it was $30,000 and my money was not appreciated here and because of their awful customer service and lack of business sense, they turned away a $30,000 transaction close to month's end AND insulted me. Furthermore, I went there with my sister (who could have been a future customer, but will also never return), nor Al or Scott introduced themselves or shook our hands which is basic business etiquette...DON'T BUY YOUR CAR HERE! Take your hard earned money elsewhere where you will be treated with respect... Preston dealership needs some serious improvement because these people are not representing the brand very well... More
