I was harassed by the dealer. I was checked in at 7:10 a.m. and left the shop at 3:45 p.m. but my service was not done because I did not get the tire which was promise to me at 8: I was checked in at 7:10 a.m. and left the shop at 3:45 p.m. but my service was not done because I did not get the tire which was promise to me at 8:30 a.m. the service manager Mr pai told me this and that and the tire will arrive within 3 hours but it never showed up even around 3:30. I was frustrated because I am sick and tired of waiting. I talked to the manager and the service manager as well but nobody could help me to solve the problem. I was not at all satisfied with the service given. At least if something is promised to the customer it should be kept and if it is not there should be an apology on behalf of the manager. There must be some honesty and trustworthiness when you are dealing with customer. So I decided not to go to that shop anymore for service for my car More
