I just needed a new key fob coordinated to my existing ones. It took almost an hour! Plus I was charged $69 in parts/supplies for the computer time and one key filed. Not to mention the exorbitant price ones. It took almost an hour! Plus I was charged $69 in parts/supplies for the computer time and one key filed. Not to mention the exorbitant price of a new key fob. And to top it all off, the dealership wants to add 3% to the bill if I pay with a credit card. Sign at register, but not mentioned when setting up service! I only knew from a past experience when I had to go get cash to avoid the 3% additional fee. Personnel were all great!! Very knowledgeable, very friendly, very courteous. My problem is with dealership policy with regard to costs. More
