I was less than impressed the quick lube customer service. They lost the ability to process debit cards and I waited for about 20 minutes before leaving to go get cash and bring it back. The next d service. They lost the ability to process debit cards and I waited for about 20 minutes before leaving to go get cash and bring it back. The next day I had 4 pending charges for the oil change I just paid cash for. These 4 charges made me over draw on my account. The extra charges were reversed but no extra payment or coms were given for the extra fees that the bank gave me. More

RUN AWAY ITS A NIGHTMARE! Working with this dealership has been nothing but a nightmare! Not only did they get me into a car that has issues from the moment I drove off the lot Working with this dealership has been nothing but a nightmare! Not only did they get me into a car that has issues from the moment I drove off the lot! I have been in the service department multiple times since July when I bought the car! The service center has been nothing but rude and condecending to me any time I walk in and they always try to screw me out of my warranties on my car so that I have to pay for the repairs! Then when I get into an accident come to find out my dealer put my car on limited collision coverage which violates my lien requirements and covers nothing when you get into an accident! When confronted the only thing they could say was that they weren't responsible and tht the insurance shouldn't have let them place the coverage on the car! So not only does the insurance not cover the repairs but now the dealership wont either even though it's their fault!!! $10,000 for repairs on things that don't have to be fixed necessarily!!! I'm at my wits end! I wish I could just give them the car back and walk away!!!! More

Tire repair I went in because I had a low tire pressure indication warning. Although the service center was very busy, Al removed a screw from my tire, patched I went in because I had a low tire pressure indication warning. Although the service center was very busy, Al removed a screw from my tire, patched the tire and got me on the road again in no time. I will recommend Burger to anyone looking for a service center. More

NEVER AGAIN I have been lied to directly to my face at this dealership. Told me I had no holes in my tire and they couldn't find it. That they checked it thorough I have been lied to directly to my face at this dealership. Told me I had no holes in my tire and they couldn't find it. That they checked it thoroughly. I picked it up and there was only 15 psi in my tire. Manager ADMITTED when confronted that they had not checked it. They gave me two oil changes in exchange. Then during an oil change they said that I need to have cabin air filter changed. 20 minutes later they told me they don't have any in stock. So they could not perform the service. Finally my vehicle needed service. Took 2.5 days to change spark plugs. That in addition to charging me for a rental car. When I finally was able to pick up my car. It took over an hour for me to pick up vehicle. This was the final straw, I will not be back and would reccomend people seek alternative dealerships. Stay away from Berger. Al Duncan was the mechanic and he was the only person I enjoyed communicating with. He was respectful friendly and knew what he was talking about. HE did service my vehicle. He was prompt in returning calls. That is the only positive thing I can say. More

Exceptional service! Came in with broken side mirror, service writer Al got us in right away. Berger has a pretty extensive parts department so to have all parts on site m Came in with broken side mirror, service writer Al got us in right away. Berger has a pretty extensive parts department so to have all parts on site made our repair go much faster. Thank you to all for making our service experience a great one.
