I bought a Jeep Sahara past month and it is not the first time that I buy or lease a car here. I have been making business with this dealer since 2018. Until now the attention and service received have been excellent. That is why I always came back to this dealer. Brian the salesman is an excellent person. You can trust him. And Pepe, the best financier I ever have known. And there is Gio, one of the managers, a person with a great charisma, honest, professional. All of the committed to customer satisfaction, knowledgeable, patients, friendly. However, Alexander Tulin the finance manager is a dishonest, distrustful person, completely unethical. Because of him I do not recommend this dealer. He included services in my loan which I did not ask for. Then when I came back to remove that service, he did not apologize. I requested to cancel the GAP he added to my loan without my permission, and in retaliation, he cancelled the other two GAPs that I wanted to keep. But this is not all. At the moment of signing the papers, I request the same bank institution I had before. Instead, he gave me another one with a very high interest, and told me that the bank institution I was asking for, it was not accepting new loans anymore. He lied to me. The bank institution I wanted accepted me and gave me a better interest than the other bank he had chosen for me. More
