Extremely sloppy work (car handed back to me with same issues I thought would have been addressed) and extremely poor customer service follow-up (multiple phone calls and emails ignored). Not fair to rate the service rep I worked with since technicians were the ones who screwed up and Audi middle management has ignored my requests for a refund. So please ignore the 1 star rating I was forced to give Al Cretacci. Not much else to say but enter Audi Danbury at your own risk. More
