This dealership is the typical lying/sketchy sales people. I went there earlier in the month to get into a new car. The VP of sales and I were talking for hours and we finally agreed on terms. So I pu people. I went there earlier in the month to get into a new car. The VP of sales and I were talking for hours and we finally agreed on terms. So I put a deposit on a car that wasnt at the lot yet. 3 weeks went by and I hadn't heard from them. So I called two days in a row to check the status and finally they got back to me. So get ready to go in thinking it will be the same terms we agreed out when I put the deposit done but of course they were completely different. They tell you what you want to hear , take your money and hope you are okay with their lies. If your VP is a liar. Then everyone else will follow. Do not buy from then. Go to a different VW dealership!! More

Chad was an awesome sales man. He was patient and very knowledgeable. The fiance manager was also very polite and helping. Carlos was off and still was at the dealership helping us out with the purchase. knowledgeable. The fiance manager was also very polite and helping. Dealer tried to sell me a car negotiating the monthy payment amout. It is a trap. Dealers try to do that to see how much room they have for hidden fees and add ons. After almost leaving tge dealer I was payment amout. It is a trap. Dealers try to do that to see how much room they have for hidden fees and add ons. After almost leaving tge dealer I was able to see a buyers order. Final paperwork numbers did not match with original buyers order. Also I got a better interest rate on my own. Propably I was sent to a bank that gives them better comission. Be careful. Prices do look competitive but the fees added were the higgest I have ever seen. $1665. More
