He did his best to show us a car that we would love and something that would fit our budget. After so many refusals on cars due to my pickiness, Ryan was still patient with me and found the car we wanted within my budget. Overall, he is a very humble guy and very helpful. VERY DISAPPOINTED Derrick Duff was an excellent salesman and was able to get me in a car, but I'm not happy with the dealership. They put me in a bad car, my engine went out due to there was an defect on the 2011 Hyundai Sonata's they knew these cars had defects they replaced it with as refurbished engine and told me it was going to be a new one. I'm still hearing an humming sound in the engine. I took my car to Carmax for a trade in they did a appraisal and told me my car is only worth $2500 for a car that I am financing for 11,000. When I went back to Naperton I told them I didn't want the car anymore and I wanted them to put me in another car no help from them at all I talked to the manager Al Abbas no help at and not a care in world he know my car is not safe. All they did was ran my credit 13 times drop my credit score all the way down to xxxxs. I'm the process of getting an attorney for them selling me an lemon. More
