Stay far away from this dealership. I purchased a 2017 CPO over the internet from this dealership on March 10th , and it was and continues to be a debacle. I put a down payment on the vehicle 1 week before I flew out to pick it up, and I still had to point out dings, scratches and some kind of sticky substance inside the vehicle. No one went over the features of the vehicle, the finance department had the wrong paper work and when I got home I realized that they had jerry rigged the rear license plate as one of the retaining nuts was broken. The general manager sent a generic "How was your experience" email, to which I responded and have heard nothing in return. This place does not care about the customers. A month later, I get an email (not even a phone call) that they didn't get all the correct paperwork filled out, and could I please fill the forms out and return as soon as possible. I asked for specific and clear instructions for these forms. I then filled them out and returned them, then I get another email telling me I didn't fill them out correctly. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would expect this kind of behavior from any corner used car lot, but not a Mercedes dealership. But here I am. Still haven't heard a peep from anyone addressing my issues. The headaches this place has caused are not worth the vehicle we purchased. Take your time and find another dealership to do business with. More

I have owned a Mercedes Benz since my early thirties. My wife and I went yesterday to buy an certified preowned GLC (she currently leases one but doesn’t like the color); we had an email exchange with one of the salesman about it, he told us that the car was not in the dealership because it was being inspected, we agreed with him to come the next day to test drive it, he will let us know the exact time. He sent me a text today to let me know that the car was ready for us to see, we went at 2:30 to see the car, and he showed it us and gave us the key, went back inside to get the plates for the test drive while we sat in the car. Suddenly, he comes back and says “give me the keys, this is sold.” So we wasted two trips to the dealership. I guess they want us to buy a BMW! A recent experience at a Nissan dealer with a friend was far better. Also some weird salesman freaked out my wife by winking strangely. Strange behavior for a business whose brand is “the best or nothing”! More

I literally just left Euro's parking lot in a brand new E43 AMG, I traded my S550 in for this car. First, Eric Scott, who has been my go-to new salesperson for years, yet again hit it out of the park for me. We all know how tough the car buying process is.
