We were also unhappy with the prices quoted and overall feeling of comfort with the dealership. We have been regular customers of Toyota. We decided to go to Clinton Honda to check it out. We were happily greeted at the door by the reception desk staff. They hooked us up with Joseph Vizzi Jr. who was our sales consultant. He and the staff were professional, courteous and helpful.We received a good price with no haggling back and forth with a manager. It was more like making a deal in some one's home. We could not have been more pleased. Although we had not planned to we left with a new car. We are happy with the purchase and look forward to working with Clinton Honda to service our new CRV. Buying my new car was a non-pressure sale unlike some other dealerships in the area. The salespeople allowed me to look around and decide what I wanted and answered my questions as needed. When I was ready to buy, Bill Butler found the car that I wanted from another dealership and when I picked it up, he explained and set up many of the new electronic features that I was unfamiliar with. I need a salesperson who realizes that and makes the car exchange easy and seamless. Joe Vizzi did just that. He was informative and completely accommodating. Ajay Sharma similarly made the financial check out as painless as possible. I do all my services at Clinton Honda and am always impressed by their excellent customer service. Keep up the good work. Each time we walk away from a dealership thinking we could have gotten a better deal elsewhere and somewhat disappointed. I am sure all of you have experienced the same thoughts. I was dreading having to purchase another new vehicle. We were not satisfied with our 2012 Chevy Equinox. After having to spend nearly $3500.00 on " routine repairs" and now being told, "your car is notorious for burning oil," it was time. We did research on line and finally decided on a 2019 Honda CR-V EX-L. Great reviews and highly recommended. Now where to buy? Someplace close to home and reputable. The decision, Clinton Honda due to reputation. I don't want a lot of blah, blah, blah and mystery. Just tell me your bottom line. We had a Kelly Blue Book estimate receipt for our Chevy. Internet search went out and within minutes we were getting multiple calls from numerous dealers. Clinton Honda called immediately. We spoke to Joseph Vizzi Jr. our internet sales consultant. We told him what we were looking for. Joe, immediately gave us a great deal. He held the vehicle for us until we could come in 2 days later ( also great). Today we walked in around 10:25 am. Joe, looked at our vehicle and gave us full trade in value from the Kelly Blue Book. No haggling. He just said, congratulations. I nearly fell off my chair. We met with AJ Sharma from Finance. Application processed and approved. AJ is also a gentleman. During vehicle prep for a few extras, Joe showed us around, reviewed the manual and Service areas. We cannot say enough great things about Joe Vizzi Jr., AJ and Clinton Honda. Our deal was completed and we were driving off the lot by 12:10 pm. Under 2 hours!! No hassles. This purchase was the greatest car buying experience we have ever had. We recommend Clinton Honda to all. You will leave happy. BTW, this is from the heart. It made our day. More
